Couple killed in Harley-Davidson horror crash after anniversary tour of Scotland
Mike Savings, 66, and his wife Shirley, 64, from Lichfield, Staffordshire, died at the scene of a three-vehicle collision on the A1 southbound near Tuxford, Nottinghamshire, on July 20. The couple had been returning from a Harley-Davidson trike tour of Scotland celebrating their 41st wedding anniversary. Their sons paid tribute to their enduring marriage and described the loss as heartbreaking.
