Seven in Ten Brits Pretend They Have Life Figured Out, but Most Learn on the Job
A Samsung-commissioned survey of 2,000 Britons found that 74% pretend to have life figured out while 60% say they learn as they go. Becoming a parent, managing finances independently and starting a new job were the milestones respondents felt least prepared for. Samsung is using the findings to promote its Life’s Little Moments campaign and the Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, emphasizing adaptability, multitasking, larger displays and battery life as people balance family, work and household responsibilities.

I flogged my old Lego toys on eBay - now I rake in £300,000 a year while at college
Eighteen-year-old Jamie Bell has grown a LEGO resale business, JTB Collectables, from selling toys he had outgrown at 13 into a venture that generated £300,000 in revenue during the latest tax year and about £50,000 profit after costs. He sells roughly 100kg of LEGO per month through eBay, including a 95kg Star Wars minifigure lot that sold for £22,428. Supported by his parents with packing and administration, Bell plans to study History at university rather than make the business his full-time career, while saving much of his income toward a first home.
