Social Security Minister Elaine Millar said support for living wage proposals would depend on economic conditions, stressing the need for a strong economy to sustain wage increases. Home Affairs Minister Helen Miles indicated that the violence against women and girls taskforce may conclude its current work, with members integrated into community structures to ensure continued focus on safeguarding. Returning Health Minister Tom Binet highlighted severe shortcomings in digital connectivity across Jersey’s health services, noting the system had scored zero against international standards. Ministerial appointments are expected to be finalised on Tuesday.
