TV shows and services you can watch without a TV licence
A TV licence is required to watch or record live broadcasts on any device and to watch BBC programmes on demand through iPlayer. Without a licence, viewers can watch on-demand content through services such as All 4, ITVX, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV, provided it is not being streamed live, as well as DVDs and box sets. Discounted or free licences are available for some people in residential care, blind viewers, and those aged over 75 receiving Pension Credit.

What to do if your neighbour's bins are overflowing
Persistent overflowing bins can create smells, attract pests, obstruct pavements and harm local amenities. Residents are advised to speak to the neighbour first, then document the problem and contact their local authority if it continues. Councils may issue warnings and fixed penalty notices for serious or repeated breaches, but a single missed collection or briefly misplaced bin is generally insufficient.
