A Manchester teen, Lee Williams, received a life sentence with a minimum term of 21 years for murdering 26-year-old Vernard Murray in a planned revenge attack following a car chase and crash. Co-defendants Riley McDermott and John Harte were convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to eight and six years respectively.
