Tragedy as teen dies following serious crash in Bridport
A 17-year-old motorcyclist from the Dorchester area died in hospital following a collision with a Mercedes-Benz A200 on the A35 Sea Road South in Bridport. The car’s driver, a man in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of driving offences and later released under investigation. Emergency services, including two air ambulances, attended the scene, and road closures were implemented overnight for collision investigation. Dorset Police appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage to support their ongoing inquiry.
