LGBTQ+ charity founded in North Yorkshire farmer's memory
A charity called Out Together, funded by late North Yorkshire farmer Mike Potter, is expanding LGBTQ+ support in rural communities and will become the first LGBTQ+ group to host a stand at the Great Yorkshire Show. Supporters say the organisation helps address social isolation and the barriers faced by LGBTQ+ people in farming communities. Organisers of the show welcome the group’s presence as part of efforts to foster inclusion across Yorkshire.
