Kremlin-aligned television host Vladimir Solovyov called Russia’s invasion of Ukraine a “holy war” and threatened that Britain could be wiped off the Earth. He urged attacks on British factories and assets, French missile facilities, German-based NATO operations, and satellite systems. The comments followed reports of Ukrainian strikes inside Russia using British-made drones and the UK government’s pledge to continue supporting Ukraine. Russian diplomat Sergey Lavrov separately warned of possible consequences involving a Poseidon explosion.
