Malvern RFC overcame a 21-5 halftime deficit to defeat Syston 31-24 in their first visit to the club. Gary Dipple scored his maiden try for Malvern and added the match-clinching try, while Nick Miller scored twice and Ryan Watkins also crossed. Adam Dixon converted three tries as Malvern controlled the second half despite Syston’s early dominance and a late challenge.

League leaders Malvern defeated Cheltenham North 39–25 after an evenly contested first half. North led several times through tries from Matt Scott, Chris Dean, John Morrison and Tony James, but Malvern repeatedly equalised. Malvern’s running rugby took control after halftime, with tries from Ryan Henshaw, Matt Newman, Stewart Clarke and Henshaw again in the final minute securing the victory.
