Ayoze O´Shanahan hat einen Abschluss in Journalism von der University of Wales (UK) und eine Spezialisierung in Communication and Armed Conflicts von Madrid’s Complutense University (Spain). Er studierte Filmmaking and Screenwriting an der International School of Film and Television in San Antonio de los Baños (Cuba) und besitzt ein Diploma in Creation Documentary, University of Valle (Colombia). Seit 2001 ist er als viel gereister freiberuflicher Journalist und Fotograf tätig, mit ausgezeichneten Schreibfähigkeiten und einem guten Blick, um Momente und verschiedene Realitäten einzufangen. Seit er 2002 mit dem Filmen begann, waren seine Reportagen, Dokumentationen und Filme auf mehr als 80 Filmfestivals vertreten und wurden international mit 15 Preisen und ehrenvollen Erwähnungen ausgezeichnet.
