Ayoze O´Shanahan tem uma licenciatura em Journalism from the University of Wales (UK) e uma especialização em Communication and Armed Conflicts pela Complutense University de Madri (Spain). Estudou Filmmaking and Screenwriting na International School of Film and Television, em San Antonio de los Baños (Cuba), e possui um Diploma em Creation Documentary, University of Valle (Colombia). Jornalista e fotógrafo freelancer bem viajado desde 2001, com excelentes habilidades de escrita e bom olho para captar momentos e diferentes realidades. Desde que começou a filmar em 2002, suas histórias, documentários e filmes estiveram em mais de 80 festivais de cinema, tendo sido premiados internacionalmente com 15 prêmios e menções honrosas.
