Ladies' Day at Pembrokeshire County Show in photos
Ladies’ Day at the Pembrokeshire County Show brought together women involved in agriculture and the show community, spanning several generations. Organized by show president Kathryn Evans, the event raised more than £850 for Blood Bikes Wales through a raffle. Guests enjoyed refreshments from local producers, visited the show’s food and market areas, and received wildflower seed bombs as gifts.

Pembrokeshire Sunflower Farm opens late for eclipse viewing
Pembrokeshire Sunflower Farm and Maize Maze near Moylegrove is extending its opening hours until about 8pm to give visitors a place to watch the solar eclipse. The attraction is offering reduced evening admission of £15 per vehicle, with its maize maze, woodland play area and sunflower fields open, while visitors may bring picnics and dogs on leads. The farm, which has expanded from a lockdown project into a family attraction, is owned by Hugh Thomas, a member of the Britain’s Got Talent-winning Hawkstone Farmers’ Choir.
