Norfolk village homes approved despite parish council fears
South Norfolk Council approved Otley Properties’ plans for four detached homes on unused agricultural land west of Seething Street in Seething, near Loddon. Seething Parish Council had objected that the application did not adequately address a public footpath along the site and raised concerns about surface water drainage affecting neighboring properties. The council’s report acknowledged some landscape harm but concluded that it was outweighed by the benefit of providing four dwellings. Two homes will share an access point, while the other two will have separate driveways.
