About Chinonso
Mr. Chinonso Ugorji was born into the family of late Mr Hyacinth and Mrs Rhoda Ugorji of Imo State in the early 90s. He is a graduate of Education/Linguistics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka.

He was one of the pioneer Igbo on air personalities at Darling 107.3 FM Owerri, where he worked for five years before joining the BBC World Service as a Digital Broadcast Journalist/Multimedia Journalist and Translator.

CPC Onye Nkụka as he is widely known is a gentleman to the core and a serious advocate of the Igbo language and culture.

His love for humanity and the sanctity of life is second to none, and this, he expresses through his signature quote "Ndụ mmiri, ndụ azụ. Mmiri atala ma azụ anwụla. Onye anwụkwala ma ibe ya efula."
