Wimbledon 2026: Britain's Alfie Hewett keeps hopes of two titles alive
Alfie Hewett advanced to both the men's wheelchair singles semi-finals and doubles final at Wimbledon after defeating Ji Zhenxu in singles and teaming with Gordon Reid to beat Stephane Houdet and Ji in doubles. The pair will face Tokito Oda and Gustavo Fernandez in the final. Other British competitors, including Andrew Penney, Lucy Shuker, Kgothatso Montjane, Andy Lapthorne and Gregory Slade, suffered defeats across singles and doubles competitions.
