Children will sleep better in hot weather when you freeze 1 cupboard staple
High temperatures are disrupting children’s sleep across the UK, with new research indicating widespread sleep deprivation during heatwaves. Sleep consultant Andrea Grace warns that putting children to bed too early can make falling asleep harder and suggests temporarily shifting bedtimes later.
