Couple who left Surrey for Devon now feel 'healthier' after moving to 'blue zone'
Faye Bosley and her husband moved from Camberley, Surrey, to South Hams, Devon, after their children left home. She says coastal activities, locally sourced food, community connections, purposeful activity and a healthier lifestyle have improved her wellbeing. Devon includes several areas identified as UK longevity hotspots, although ageing expert Carole Easton warns that Britain lacks a comprehensive strategy for addressing the social, housing and workplace challenges associated with its ageing population.
