Food hygiene ratings revealed for every Preston business inspected this summer
More than 100 Preston food businesses were inspected between June and August 24, 2026. Of these, 72 received the highest five-star rating, 18 received four stars, six received three, four received two, one received one, and two received zero. The ratings assess food handling, premises condition and food-safety management, with the figures sourced from the Food Standards Agency. Over 260 Preston businesses had been inspected since the start of the year.
