Poole Town suffered their first league defeat of the season, losing 1-0 to Sholing at Tatnam. Harry Taylor scored the winning goal with ten minutes remaining. Poole were awarded a late penalty but Ezio Touray missed, and Owen Dore was subsequently sent off after receiving a second yellow card. Poole will look to recover at home against Basingstoke Town.

Poole Town began their Southern League Premier South campaign with a 2-1 victory over Chichester City. Charlie Davis opened the scoring in the 22nd minute after a defensive error, and Ezio Touray doubled Poole's lead six minutes later. Chichester improved after half-time and Joe Clarke headed in from a corner in the 82nd minute, but Poole's defence held firm under late pressure to secure all three points. Poole next host Sholing at Tatnam Stadium.

Poole Town have signed 30-year-old midfielder Bradley Tarbuck from Gosport Borough. Tarbuck began his career at Portsmouth, later helping Havant & Waterlooville secure successive promotions and making 194 appearances for Gosport. He described the move as exciting, while joint-manager Joe Lea and vice-chairman Andy Rossiter praised his quality, experience and importance to the club's ambitions.

Stars FC received the Community Football Club of the Year award at the Southwest Prestige Awards for its inclusive programs, youth development pathway, and community engagement. The club has expanded activities, launched a men’s first team, and organised major trips for members. Owner Sam Bayston credited players, staff, volunteers, families, and supporters for the achievement.

Poole Town secured a 2-0 home pre-season victory over Eastleigh, with Ezio Touray opening the scoring from the penalty spot and Spalding adding a late second. Strong goalkeeping from Adam Parkes preserved the lead as Eastleigh pressed early in the second half. Multiple debuts and substitutions provided squad minutes, contributing to a confident performance ahead of the next fixture against Fareham Town.
