Vous et le journaliste convenez du tarif de la prestation. À cela s'ajoute notre commission, selon les conditions prévues dans notre accord avec vous. Rien n'est facturé tant que vous n'avez pas confirmé que la mission est terminée.
Une carte valide est nécessaire pour confirmer une réservation, mais rien n'est prélevé à l'avance. Votre carte n'est débitée qu'après que vous avez confirmé que le travail est terminé.
Non. Réserver des journalistes en dehors de la plateforme est contraire à nos conditions, et cela supprime l'assurance, le paiement sécurisé et l'assistance qui protègent les deux parties. Des automatisations de sécurité avancées maintiennent chaque réservation sur la plateforme et protègent nos journalistes.
