Political divisions over diplomatic solutions and sovereignty complicate decision-making. The country’s recovery depends on redefining the role of the state as a unified authority capable of fair resource management and overcoming sectarian constraints, with the current moment serving as either a turning point for national renewal or a continuation of cyclical collapse.
