Antonia Giannoccaro is a journalist based in København, Denmark.
She speaks and writes Italian (mother tongue), French, English, Spanish, Danish fluently. 
She has been working for H24 TV Agency as writer-filmmaker for documentary feature film on victims of Mafia covering all Southern Italy (2007-Read more2008). For them, she also worked as producer on location, interpreter and translator for CBS (story in French) and France 24. 
She collaborated with Alameda Magazine as photo-travel journalist, writing and taking pictures about Lucca (2002). 
She worked for ARTE, recently, as fixer in Copenhagen for a story on child pornography (2018). 
She worked as wroter-producer-director-editor for independent documentary on NATO in Vicenza (political), Christiania in DK (political/socio-cultural) and Vandana Shiva in India (political/biodiversity).

Anne Sofie is fluent in Portuguese, German, Danish and English and has reported from Russia, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Israel, Palestine and Brazil and her work has focused on the refugee and migrant crisis in Europe, minorities, the rise of the global far right, fake news and freedom of speech and her work airs in Denmark, Germany, Norway and Brazil. 
Since 2011 she has continuously reported on the social injustice, the corruption scandals and the political and financial crisis in Brazil. She has lived among drug lords and kids on crack in some of the most violent and socially deprived favelas in Rio de Janeiro and written several feature series during the World Cup and the Olympics describing life at the bottom of Brazilian society. In 2015 Anne Sofie was competitively selected as fellow of the German International Journalists’ Program, IJP, during which she reported for Bayerischer Rundfunk in Munich, Germany.
