Simon Cowell facing legal action over agreement ‘written on napkin’, court documents show
Simon Cowell is facing a High Court claim from former business adviser Ian Rosenblatt, who alleges that the pair agreed over dinner that Rosenblatt would receive a percentage of future deals. The terms were allegedly written on and signed on a napkin before being formalized in a February 2023 letter. Rosenblatt claims he is owed a fee from a confidential 2025 deal, or alternatively £100,000 in damages for breach of contract. Cowell has not yet filed a defence and declined to comment.
