Warwickshire child who died in his mother’s arms was the bravest, funniest little boy
Kit Lorenzo Oakes-Seymour, a Warwickshire boy diagnosed with high-risk Stage 4 neuroblastoma at age two, died in his mother Nikki Seymour’s arms on 24 July 2026, shortly before his fourth birthday. After months of treatment and a period when doctors found no evidence of disease, his cancer returned and he underwent emergency chemotherapy.
