This review paper discusses various machine learning algorithms, such as support vector machines, k-nearest neighbor, decision trees, and artificial neural networks, and their applications in analyzing biosensor data. The paper also highlights the performance of different biosensing modalities and machine learning techniques in detecting various types of cancer, including breast, lung, gastrointestinal, gynecological, prostate, brain, and hematological cancers. The integration of biosensors and machine learning holds significant potential for improving early cancer diagnosis and patient outcomes.
