The thousands of dodgy drivers on Coventry and Warwickshire's roads
More than 14,000 drivers with Coventry or Warwickshire postcodes—about 2% of drivers in the area—currently have six or more penalty points on their licences, according to quarterly DVLA data. The national average is 2.1%, while Halifax has the highest rate at one in 21 drivers. The figures also show that male drivers are nearly three times as likely as female drivers to have at least six points.
