Fifteen-year-old Salisbury racer Carson Cauble has been invited to compete against 17 other drivers in the inaugural Kyle Busch Invitational at Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem. The Bandolero and Legend-style racing event will raise money for the Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund, which supports infertility-related services and IVF access and has awarded nearly $2.4 million in grants. Cauble, who began racing at age eight with support from his father, plans to rely on his growing experience and mental preparation as he seeks the first-place trophy.

Residents say NuSalisbury South issues persist
