Henry Searle lifts his second title of the summer
Henry Searle secured his second ATP Challenger title of the summer by defeating top seed Clement Chidekh 6-4, 6-4 in the Nottingham Challenger final, rising to a career‑high ranking of 214. The win follows his earlier triumph in Dublin and capped a strong grass‑court season that included victories over fellow British players Johannus Monday and Max Basing. Tom Hands and Matthew Summers added a second British win by taking the doubles title. Tournament director Justine Albert praised the successful week for British players and highlighted the role of the LTA’s Performance Competitions Calendar in supporting domestic talent.
