Pastiche serves up French-inspired food in Calgary's Bridgeland
Pastiche, a new chef-driven restaurant and wine bar in Calgary's Bridgeland neighbourhood, was opened by chef Kyle Opel and beverage and front-of-house partner Jason Exton after their work at The Wilde on 27 and the Love Damian pop-up.
