A major search is under way in west Wales for Ben, a 47-year-old man who left his home in St Davids around midday intending to go rock climbing near Trelerw or Caer Bwdy Bay. Coastguard vessels and a helicopter have been involved, but he has not been found. Dyfed-Powys Police have appealed for anyone who saw or spoke to him to provide information, describing him as athletic, with short brown or greying hair and brown eyes, and carrying an orange bag while wearing black climbing shoes with an orange strap.
