Her journalistic portfolio spans virtually every major comedy, art, fashion, music, and tech event in Lagos, including the US-Nigeria AI Conference. Additionally, she is a certified digital cybersecurity journalist, having produced and documented critical industry summits like the BOFIRM and CCISONFI Conference 2025. As an executive and creative infrastructure builder, Ermandha serves as the Business and Partnership Manager for Blackdrum 360 (Blackdrum TV). She is the founder of Rara Avis Entertainment, which organizes Rara Avis Debut Award and INDIEVERSE. She is an Executive Board Member of the Africa International Comedy Festival and the Head of Media for The Humour Awards—an institution dedicated to awarding and developing all aspects of humor, including film, art, animation, and drama series.
