Linda Razzell's daughter Cat is urging the High Court to block the release of her father, Glyn Razzell, who was convicted of Linda's 2002 murder but has never disclosed where her body was left. Razzell's 16-year minimum sentence expired in 2019, and he has been denied parole three times, including under Helen's Law, which requires parole panels to consider whether killers have withheld information about victims' remains. The Parole Board provisionally approved his release in January 2026, prompting the Justice Secretary to refer the decision to the High Court in what is the first such referral to result in a hearing. Cat and campaigner Marie McCourt argue that continued non-disclosure, the absence of remorse and Razzell's history of violence mean he remains a public risk and that stronger legal penalties are needed.
