New studio to open in Birmingham as Rockefellas TV invests in the city
Rockefellas TV will open its first European studio, B‑1 Studios, in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter as part of its global expansion. Founder Alex Garcia appointed Birmingham-born musician Brad Henshaw to launch a new show, Brad’s Basement, featuring interviews with notable music figures, beginning with former Black Sabbath manager Jim Simpson. The investment highlights Birmingham’s legacy in rock music, with local figures emphasising the city’s longstanding global influence on the genre. The new studio aims to broaden Rockefellas TV’s original programming across the UK, US and international markets.
