Corn Exchange, Brierley Hill: Update on shooting near pub
A man was shot in the leg during a fight between two groups outside the Corn Exchange pub on Amblecote Road in Brierley Hill. Police arrested two men, aged 34 and 40, on suspicion of violent disorder, while others fled. Evacuated Osmaston Road residents 'can't return to homes'

Wordsley, Lye and Smethwick men charged after warrants by police
Five men from Smethwick, Wordsley and Lye were charged after County Lines Taskforce officers raided five addresses in Dudley and Sandwell during an investigation into the alleged “Dappa” drugs line. Police reportedly seized more than £35,000 in cash, mobile phones, knives, imitation firearms and ammunition. The men face charges primarily related to supplying crack cocaine and heroin, with additional drug, criminal-property and ammunition charges against two defendants. All five were remanded in custody to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court.

Kent Road playground penalty shoot-out celebration event

Stourbridge site sold for £1.5 million amid asset potential
