North Wales beach with rolling dunes and spectacular views hailed as 'heaven on Earth'
Llanddwyn Beach, also known as Newborough Beach, on Ynys Môn has been praised online as “heaven on Earth” for its rolling sand dunes, coastal views and proximity to Newborough Forest and Ynys Llanddwyn. The beach, which appeared in House of the Dragon, offers walking, watersports, fishing and views across Eryri, Caernarfon and the Llŷn Peninsula. Visitors are advised that parking is often full during busy periods; charges range from free for stays of up to 30 minutes to £15 for all-day parking, with free access for Blue Badge holders.
