Luke Richardson back at Sticky Walnut as head chef
Luke Richardson has returned to Sticky Walnut in Hoole as head chef, rejoining the Chester restaurant where he began his career after it opened in 2012. He discusses the bistro’s 15-year local history, his culinary influences, admired chefs and favourite ingredients and dishes, including Cheshire potatoes, asparagus and classical French-style cooking. Richardson says returning feels like coming home and plans to continue cooking for the foreseeable future.
