The Beacon Arts Centre in Greenock will host Bye Bye Baby, a tribute to Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, on Saturday, September 5, at 7:30 p.m. The performance will feature four-part harmonies, choreography, falsetto vocals and more than 30 songs from the group’s catalogue.

CVS Inverclyde and the Social Enterprise Academy will host a one-day workshop at Broomhill Gardens and Community Hub in Greenock on August 25. The session will cover social-enterprise values, purpose, income generation, social impact and financial sustainability. The event is funded by the UK Government and Inverclyde Council, with limited places available.

Carers Gateway Inverclyde is offering a free Recognition to Rights course to help unpaid carers understand their rights and advocate for themselves and others. The five-session programme will run in Greenock from August 20 to September 17, covering carers' history, rights, self-directed support, stories of change and using personal experiences to influence change, and will conclude with a graduation event. Lunch will be provided, and places can be booked by contacting Carers Gateway Inverclyde.

The Beacon Arts Centre will host “Muddled Syncopation,” a new exhibition by artist Fraser Taylor, from September 5 to November 7. The exhibition will feature two- and three-dimensional works reflecting Taylor’s interdisciplinary practice across drawing, art, textiles and design.
