Kira Cousins has spoken publicly for the first time about deceiving her former boyfriend, Jamie Gardner, and their families into believing she was pregnant and that a lifelike doll was their newborn daughter. She says the deception began after a miscarriage and spiralled because she was afraid to tell Gardner, while acknowledging that using the doll was wrong.
