Murdered Woman's Family Face Fresh Agony as Killer Could Be Released Without Body Found
Glyn Razzell, serving a life sentence for murdering his estranged wife Linda Razzell, is challenging a Ministry of Justice bid to overturn the Parole Board's decision to release him on licence. Linda disappeared in Wiltshire in 2002 and her body has never been found. Her partner Greg Worrall told the High Court that the family remains in agony and considers Razzell's refusal to reveal her whereabouts a continuing danger, invoking Helen's Law. The Parole Board acknowledged serious doubts about Razzell's honesty and a significant relationship-related risk but judged it not imminent and found him motivated to comply with licence conditions. The High Court is expected to rule within weeks.
