Where and when three military aircraft are scheduled to perform Edinburgh flypast this weekend
A C-17 Globemaster and two Typhoon jets are scheduled to fly over the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo after 6 p.m. on Saturday, 15 August, replacing the Red Arrows after poor weather delayed their return from the United States. Four additional Tattoo flypasts are planned for 18, 21, 25 and 28 August during the 9:30 p.m. performances. The 2026 Tattoo runs at Edinburgh Castle until 29 August and features military bands and performers from several countries.
