Man accused of injuring man in Bromley Cross crash in court
Michael Corris, 56, appeared before Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court accused of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drug driving after a crash outside Sainsbury’s in Bromley Cross injured Lewis Rimmer, 41. ‘Troubling’ Death of Bury Prisoner at HMP Manchester
Lee Hopkinson, a 33-year-old prisoner serving a manslaughter sentence, died by suicide in his cell at HMP Manchester in February 2022. An investigation by acting Prisons and Probation Ombudsman Kimberley Bingham found that Hopkinson had apparently accumulated prison debts through vape use, was assaulted and bullied, and had easy access to alcohol and illicit substances. Bolton 'Coronation Street' Rapist's Cause of Death Revealed

Bolton Council to use 'all means' to destroy fly-tippers' cars
