Daniel Kinahan has been extradited from Dubai to Ireland and charged in Dublin’s Special Criminal Court with directing the activities of a criminal organisation between October 18, 2015 and April 6, 2017. He was arrested after arriving at Baldonnel aboard an Irish government aircraft, appeared under heavy security, and was remanded in custody until October 5. A nine-year-old girl died after being found seriously injured at Elliot Industrial Estate in Arbroath.
