The Rivacre House care team in Ellesmere Port won Team of the Year at the Making Space Colleague Awards, while senior support worker Anne Alexander was named Learner of the Year. The awards recognize the team’s person-centred support for adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, including resident-led activities and efforts to promote independence. Alexander was also praised for completing multiple care qualifications, mentoring apprentices and sharing her knowledge with colleagues.
