Police are searching for David, a 59-year-old man from Rickmansworth who has not been seen or heard from since July 17. Hertfordshire Constabulary describes him as 5ft 9in tall with brown shoulder-length hair, but says the available photograph is not recent and his clothing when last seen is unknown. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 using reference ISR 914 of 22 July, or call 999 if they have seen him recently.

A crash on the M25 caused long delays after emergency services closed the clockwise carriageway between junctions 24 and 25 near Potters Bar and Enfield. The motorway later reopened but congestion continued, extending to junction 23 at South Mimms. No information on injuries has been confirmed, and the London Ambulance Service has been contacted for updates.
