A 15-year-old boy has been charged over a hit-and-run collision on Clapham Park Road that allegedly seriously injured a 16-year-old riding an e-bike. The charges include causing grievous bodily harm with intent, dangerous driving, aggravated vehicle taking, driving without insurance and driving without a licence. Police allege he was driving his mother’s car without permission, and he has been remanded in youth detention ahead of a court appearance.
