Kingsley Abdel Razzaq Iddriss Basuglo Shabbazz is a Freelance Writer based in أكرا, غانا, غرب أفريقيا. تركّز اهتماماته الرئيسية على كتابة السفر والتقارير الدبلوماسية. He has over the years worked with a number of development organizations, some of which are the World Bank Institute in Accra and the British Council on the Debate to Action Project as a Volunteer Community Project Facilitator on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and Poverty Reduction Strategies. He holds membership of some prominent civil society and human rights organizations such as Amnesty International Ghana, Red Cross Society of Ghana, Voluntary Work Camps Association of Ghana and the UN Global Compact. حاصل على شهادة مهنية وأكاديمية Certificate in Organizational Management (NGO) من المؤسسة الرائدة Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA) مع مرتبة الشرف (Distinction). كما أنه خريج Fredreich Ebert Foundation FES، وهي مؤسسة اجتماعية ديمقراطية، وتلقى تدريبًا في International Relations, Governance and Leadership Skills. وهو أيضًا حاصل بفخر على Canadian Education Training Awards for Africa CETAA Scholarship من Canada International Development Agency (CIDA). تستلهم أعماله ككاتب مستقل وممارس في مجال التنمية من تجاربه في المنطقة الشمالية من غانا. وبالتحديد إقليم Upper West الذي ينحدر منه والذي أتيحت له فيه أيضًا فرصة الالتحاق بالمدرسة الثانوية. تظل three المناطق الشمالية في غانا غنية بالثقافة والسياحة والاستثمارات والعديد من الإمكانات الأخرى التي لم تُستغل بعد!
