Millions of Virgin Media TV customers in the UK are receiving access to 14 premium Asian Mela channels at no extra cost throughout July, a bundle that normally costs £12 per month. The temporary upgrade coincides with South Asian Heritage Month and includes a range of dramas, entertainment shows and films. The channels are added automatically to set-top boxes. The update follows the addition of two FAST channels in May 2026 featuring continuous episodes of 8 Out of 10 Cats and Pointless.

ITV will bring back Jeremy Clarkson to host 35 new episodes across Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? and Millionaire Hot Seat, with filming scheduled for later this year. The decision follows the broadcaster’s confidence in the shows’ ratings and format, supported by Clarkson’s presenting. Clarkson recently disclosed and recovered from an aggressive prostate cancer diagnosis. ITV’s entertainment director said both programmes continue to perform strongly and will return on ITV and ITVX.
