Asda has brought its Puffin chocolate bars back to stores nearly 30 years after withdrawing them following a High Court dispute with the makers of Penguin bars, who argued that the products were too similar. Although the court allowed the Puffin name to remain with branding changes, Asda later discontinued the product. The relaunched bars are being sold for £1 and have generated enthusiastic nostalgic reactions, alongside renewed comments about their resemblance to Penguin bars.

Silverdale Cove in Lancashire has been named one of Britain's best secret and remote beaches. The cove is praised for its sunsets, rock pools, cave and nearby arts-and-crafts trail, but it is considered better for walking, wildlife spotting and exploration than swimming or sunbathing.
