Denby pottery firm hosts closing down sale with £2 items
Denby is closing its UK stores after entering administration amid rising costs and financial difficulties. Its flagship Denby Pottery Village and other locations are holding closing-down sales, with items priced from £2, before trading ends on Sunday, August 30. The closures are expected to result in around 600 job losses, although administrator Tony Wright said the Denby brand will continue under new ownership.
