Tributes flood in as English actor Tim Curry dies aged 80
Actor Tim Curry has reportedly died aged 80 at his home in Los Angeles. The Warrington-born performer was known for major roles in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Clue, It and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, as well as voice work in Peter Pan & the Pirates and The Wild Thornberrys. Police reportedly found no evidence of foul play. Curry, who suffered a stroke in 2012 and later discussed his declining health and acceptance of death, has received tributes from fans, Rotten Tomatoes, Selma Blair and others.
